Who is a Good Candidate for a Submentoplasty?

• Candidates with minimal jowls (the loose, fleshy part of the neck)

What is the Recovery Time?
After a submentoplasty, it is normal for some patients to experience some bruising and swelling after the procedure, and any discomfort can be controlled with medication. Typically, stitches are removed from the patient in seven days, and most patients are able to return to work after five to seven days.
